Living in the resource state

Over the past few years, humanity has reached a new level of awareness. People have learned to live in the moment, measure “life” in days, and take control over their approach to positive thinking. They’ve begun to interpret the balance of energies as a new life philosophy: consonance ad maintaining equilibrium between the expenditure and replenishment of human energy, which provides the ability to live a fulfilled and creative life. Today, we’ve decided to tell you about some time-proven sources that can replenish you and inspire you to new achievements.

Even the ancient thinker Confucius and his students practiced the Chinese philosophy of Taoism. It talked about ways that help a person find his true path. In modern terminology, this postulate has slightly different wording. Living in the resource means getting rid of monotony, learning to enjoy life, and finding harmony. This is a whole school of knowledge, which explains how to focus attention on the most interesting or useful things for each of us. By mastering this practice, you can do anything. You will have enough strength and energy to take action, complete any task, and realize all your desires.

It is no secret that there are major energy sources on Earth and in the Universe that provide us health and inspiration. Thus, the Cosmos nourishes us with positive energy. This energy endows people with spirituality and instills them with intellect and creativity. Often, the energy of the cosmos endows many of us with tremendous intuition. The earth, on the other hand, supplies energy that has a negative charge. Its energy endows us with everything necessary for existence in the world of matter: materialism, which supports our health and helps us to stand firmly on our feet. This energy is the basis of our existence in the physical world.

Sometimes it is necessary to bring harmony to this energy balance. Indeed, there are many different types of people in the world, but we are all united by one thing – we strive to achieve inner balance and fill ourselves with beauty. Therefore, by expanding our view of life and the world, we rid ourselves of obstacles and find true harmony.

Thus, the resource state is the harmony between the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental strengths and energies, which a person collectively uses to solve his or her problems. It is in this state that you experience the very pleasant feeling of “being able to move mountains” – a feeling of inner balance and confidence. Maintaining the resource state requires a certain amount of energy. You need good physical health, intrinsic motivation, emotional comfort, time management skills, and the ability to focus on your goals. These are the simple components that make up a healthy and happy person.

Now let’s talk about the natural sources of energy replenishment for these physical sectors …

Nature

Nature teaches man about harmony. Try to be out in nature more often, whether it’s in the mountains, in the forest, or out on the lakes and seas. When you’re in the forest, feel it with every ounce of your being. When you’re near water, touch it with your hand – close your eyes for a minute and merge with its sounds. While walking through the forest, lean against a tree, close your eyes for a minute and try to feel the rhythm of its life, the movement of sap flowing from the roots along the entire trunk. When you are in the mountains, open yourself to the wind, at least for a minute – feel its lightness, omnipresence, and freedom, and let it in. When you’re sitting by a fire, gaze into the flame – into its very core – let its warmth fill you, and forget about everything else for just a while. Nature is an inexhaustible source of energy that fills us with health, beauty, and inspiration.

Healthy sleep

Sleep is a natural process that reboots the body. During sleep, the subconscious mind processes the information, emotions, and sensations that you “load” during the day. Thanks to sleep, certain programs are formed and it just so happens that this process always happens unconsciously. Healthy sleep is directly related to our mental health and subsequent life events. If you want to be in the resource state, set aside at least 6-9 hours of sleep a day.

Fresh and healthy food

Remember the adage “We are what we eat!” Every colloquialism has a meaning behind it. When we eat, a huge system of invisible elements enters our bodies. Only we decide what elements we fill our body with! For example, if cooked food isn’t consumed for more than one day, many useful elements in it die off, and the decay process begins. Once in the body, such elements continue their reaction inside us, which gradually affects our health and leads to the loss of vital energy. After all, most of the energy is spent on fighting toxins!

Buy foods that underwent the least amount of thermal processing. Remember, the more natural and simple the food is, the more energy it contains. Make this selection process a deliberate one. Feel and smell every bite. Such food will serve not only to satisfy hunger, but also to cleanse you, increase your internal vibrations, and activate the sensory system.

It is important not to eat a lot, but rather to learn to listen to and understand your body.

Sport and comfortable activity

Movement is life! By engaging in any physical activity, you increase your blood flow and lymph outflow. When all this works together, it leads to a general cleansing of the body, as well as its rejuvenation. The human body is an interconnected system. By strengthening and tightening the body, your face will naturally rejuvenate and retain its individuality (as opposed to the effect produced by artificial beautification methods that erase your individual beauty).

Small pleasures

Give yourself small daily treats! Doing this is directly related to being in the resource state. Each of us has our little joys in life. Some of us love beautifully prepared dishes, some enjoy visiting a beauty salon, getting massages, many of us prefer painting or music, and some just love to go shopping. Allow yourself these little joys. Love yourself.

Remember that you should be worried about what is happening right here and right now! Surround your inner world with love, harmony, and peace. Then life will delight you every day, and all the difficulties of daily life will only serve to help you and contribute to your personal growth.
